Lewis Carl Co. specializes in custom homes and high-end remodels in the Coastal Orange County area.  A home built by Lewis Carl Co. is, without a doubt, a home created with special attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship.  

Building along the coast is no easy feat, but our extensive knowledge of coastal building helps us to select products and practices that will stand up strong against the ocean exposure.  In addition to our beach-front properties, we have built many homes in Shady Canyon and Pelican Crest.  We have experience working with the Irvine Company among many other Homeowner Associations, and although HOA's do create more hoops to jump through, we have the tools and experience to make your building process a smooth one.

Even when your home is complete, your relationship with Lewis doesn't have to be.  While some contractors disappear when the project is done, Lewis Carl Co. will be there for you for years to come.  It is our desire to create long-term relationships with our clients.  Maintenance requests are only a phone call away, even if your project was completed years ago.  As most of our business comes directly from client referrals, client satisfaction is our top priority.

Meet Lewis.

As both the son of a builder, and brother of a builder, Lewis had quite the introduction to construction.  Not only is building in his blood, but Lewis took his personal knowledge and experience and added that to two college degrees in construction.  He spent his next eight years managing custom home projects for other builders before creating his own business.

Lewis Carl Co. was created in 1986 when someone took a chance on "Construction Manager" Lewis, and asked that he quit his job and instead start his own business by building them a custom home.  The house turned out beautifully, the referrals spread like wildfire, and the rest is history.

Meet the girls.

Lewis Carl Co. is a  family owned and operated business.  While Lewis is busy meeting with the clients and subcontractors, his daughters are handling all the other details.  How does this benefit you?  It's simple.  Taking their jobs seriously makes their dad proud, and that is all the motivation they need.

Kristine is our stellar Office Manager.   From emails and scheduling to budgets and invoices, she ensures that everything runs smoothly and that nothing gets forgotten.

Naomi  is our social media manager.  She tweets, she blogs, and she pins the latest and greatest in home trends, local events, and job-site updates.  She is also the founder of Naomi Rose Interiors, and is our go-to interior designer when needed.
